Description
The SideMenu:ShowYearLevelInBrackets configuration setting determines if year levels are displayed in brackets beside student names in the side menu of the Community Portal.

Note: You need to set the SideMenu:ShowYearLevel configuration setting to True to display year levels. See SideMenu:ShowYearLevel configuration setting.

Default value
The default value is True. The side menu displays student year levels in brackets.

Setting a different value
Clear the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window to display year levels without brackets. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
