Description
Use the ExcursionDetails:SideMenuCSV configuration setting to define which community members are displayed on the side menu on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal.
Available values include:
• C, to display current students
• F, to display future students
• P, to display past students
• G, to display parents, guardians or contacts
• A, to display all students, parents, guardians or contacts.
Values are listed separated by commas. For example, to display:
• all students, but not parents or guardians: C,F,P
• current students and parents or guardians: C,G.
Default value
The default value is A. All students, parents, guardians or contacts are shown in the side menu.
Setting a different value
Type the new value in the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
