Description

Use the ConsentConfirmation:Text configuration setting to define the email template of the consent confirmation email sent to excursion attendees.

Note: For information about setting up excursion emails including consent confirmation emails and payment receipt emails, see Setting up excursion emails.

Default value

The default value is Dear {Title+} {NameExternal+}, Consent has been recorded for {NameExternal} to attend:Excursion {ExcursionDescription}.

Setting a different value

Type the text of the email template into the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Configuration File Maintenance window in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

Tip: You can use replaceable fields that populate data from the Synergetic database for the selected community members. These fields are listed in the CDA comment of the key. SynWeb replaces the replaceable fields with the actual values when sending the email to one or more recipients. See Using replaceable fields in the body of emails.
