Renaming forms

To rename a form:

Click .
The My Forms window is displayed.
Click .
Click for the form to be renamed.
The following menu is displayed.

Tip: You can also rename a form by changing the Form heading. See Using the Online form builder.
Select Rename.
The following window is displayed.
Type the new name into the text field.
Click .
Repeat steps 2 through 6 to rename additional forms.
