Deleting appointments

You can delete:

• regular appointments
• single instances of recurring appointments
• entire appointment series.

Deleting an appointment

To delete an appointment:

1. Find the appointment you want to delete.
   
   Note: If the appointment is a week or more in advance, click to display the next week of the schedule, or click  to go to an exact date.
   
   
2. Right click on the appointment.
3. Select Delete Appointment.
   A confirmation window is displayed.
   
4. Click .
   The appointment is deleted.

Deleting an appointment series

To delete an appointment series:

1. Find the appointment you want to delete.
   
   Note: If the appointment is a week or more in advance, click to display the next week of the schedule, or click  to go to an exact date.
   
   
2. Right click on the appointment.
3. Select Delete Series.
   A confirmation window is displayed.
   
4. Click .
   The appointment and all future appointments in the series are deleted.
