Current Student Maintenance - Confirm Details bar - Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab

Use the Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab to view details of current student and current student contact confirmations in currently open confirmation periods. If required, confirmations can be added or removed. See:

Opening the Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab

To open the Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab:

Select Students > Student Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Set Current Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the student. See Searching for students.
The first student's record is displayed on the Current Student Maintenance window. One bar is expanded depending on your last session or earlier selection.
Scroll down to the Confirm Details bar, if required.
Click the Confirm Details bar.

Tip: You can click anywhere on the bar to open it.

The Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab of the Confirm Details bar of the Current Student Maintenance window is expanded.

Fields

Field	Description
Confirmation Description	Description of the confirmation period.
Confirmed	Overall confirmation status of the student for the confirmation period. This field has a value of either: Yes - Current student details are fully confirmed for the confirmation period. Blank - Current student details are not fully confirmed for the confirmation period. N/A - No groups on the My Details tab are relevant to the current student for the confirmation period. Note: You can set whether groups of current students are included in confirmation periods using the luConfirmationOfDetailDates lookup table. See luConfirmationOfDetailDates lookup table.
Finalised By	Community member that submitted the confirmation that fully confirmed the selected community member in the confirmation period.
Finalised Date	Date the final group was confirmed.
My Details Groups	My Details groups included in the confirmation period that apply to the selected community member. These fields have a value of either: Yes - Current student details are confirmed for the confirmation period. Blank - Current student details are not confirmed for the confirmation period. N/A - Group is not relevant to the current student for the confirmation period Note: Only groups relevant to the selected current student are displayed.
