Creating individual plans

To create a new individual plan:

  1. Click .
    The Individual Plans window is displayed.
  2. Select the
    • Plan Type. See luIndividualPlanType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
      For example:
      - literacy plan
      - numeracy plan
      - behavioural plan.
    • Plan Status. See luIndividualPlanStatus lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
    • Topic/Skill Area. See luIndividualPlanArea lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
    • Start Date and End Date
    • Review Date
    • Reason for Plan, if necessary.
    • Staff Member Responsible.
  3. Click the Details tab.
  4. Type details about
    • Starting Level
    • Goal
    • Strategies
    • Monitoring and Evaluation.
  5. Click .
    The Activities tab is displayed.
  6. Click .
    The Individual Plan Activities window is displayed.
  7. Click .
    The Individual Plan Activities window is displayed.
  8. Select the:
    • Activity. See luIndividualPlanActivityType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
    • Activity Date.
    • Activity Status. See luIndividualPlanActivityStatus lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
    • Follow Up, if required.
    The Activities tab is updated.
  9. Click .
