Adding student ability details for excursions

To add student ability details for excursions:

  1. Open the Update of Details tab of Excursion Maintenance. See Excursion Maintenance - Update of Details bar.
  2. Click in the Student Abilities grid area.
    The Ability Search window is displayed.
  3. Select the Include field to add an ability type.
  4. Select the Mark as Required field if the ability type is required for the excursion.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional ability types.

    Tip:
    You can click to include all default ability types. For more information on default ability types, see luAbilityType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
