You can display a list of students who have not been accounted for in attendances in the Unaccounted Students window.
To open the Unaccounted Students window:
- Select Students > Unaccounted Students from the SynWeb main menu.
The Unaccounted Students window is displayed.
Unaccounted Students window key fields
Selection area fields
Field | Description |

Campus | Filter the results by the selected campus. |
Form | Filter the results by the selected form. |
Year Level From / To | Filter the results by the selected year level range. |
Tutor Group | Filter the results by the selected tutor group. |
House | Filter the results by the selected house. |
Grid area fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
ID | Student's Synergetic ID. Tip: Click on the ID to launch Student Maintenance for this student. |
Name | Student's name, year level and house. |
Default Email | Student's default email. |
Default Mobile | Student's default mobile number. |
