You can use different types of comments on your student reports:
- topic comments
- overall comments.
How to:
- Enter topic comments for an assessment area rather than a result. See Entering topic comments for student assessment areas.
- Enter overall comments that are printed at the end of reports. See Entering overall comments.
- Enter comments by selecting from a range of standard comments stored in a learning area (departmental) comment bank. See Entering stored comments.
- Store personal comments in your own comment bank for use at any time. See Maintaining the staff personal comment bank.
- Add personal comments in your own comment bank. See Adding stored personal comments.
- Check the spelling of:
- Overall comments of an individual student.
- Topic comments, if SynWeb is set up to check them. See Checking the spelling of comments.
- Copy and paste comments between students. See Copying and pasting information into comments.
- Find and replace text in a comment field. See Finding and replacing text within a comment field.
