Monitoring external test results using the External Test Results Power BI Dashboard

You can use the External Test Results Power BI Dashboard to view and filter student external test data using graphs, charts, and tables.

External Test Results Power BI - Interactive dashboard

You can use this interactive dashboard to explore the functionality of the External Test Results Power BI Dashboard.

External Test Results Power BI Dashboard key tiles

Tile	Description
Legal Full Name	Legal full name of the student that performed the external test. You can select a student record to filter the dashboard content by selected student record. Tip: You can filter the displayed records by typing into the Search field.
Area Result Numeric by Student ID, Area Result Group Description and External Test Description	External test result details for the selected students. On the Y-axis you can view the external test result categories (left) and external test description (right). On the X-axis you can view the area result numeric score of each student as a dot placed in relation to the Lower whisker, Quartile 1, Median, Quartile 3, and Upper whisker. You can: hover over the central bar to view a summary of the result details hover over a dot to view results for the selected student select a dot to filter the dashboard to display data for the selected student.
Details	List of external test result details for each student attending your organisation You can: select a column to reorder the list of external test results by the selected header select a row to filter the dashboard content to display external test result data for the selected student.
Test Year	Select the test year to filter the dashboard to display external test data for the selected year.
Status	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected student statuses.
Result Type	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected result types.
Description	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected external test descriptions.
