External Tests Maintenance - Staff bar

Use the Staff bar to add or remove staff members to the external test.

Opening the Staff bar

To open the Staff bar:

Select Curriculum > External Tests Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Set External Tests Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the external test.
Click on the Staff bar

Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

External Tests Maintenance - Staff bar key fields and buttons
Fields

Fields	Description
Select	Select to remove staff.
Name	Staff member's name.
Staff Code	Staff member's staff code.
ID	Staff member's Synergetic ID.
Sort order	Use the arrows to move the staff member up or down in the order of appearance.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Add a staff member to the external test.
	Remove the selected staff members from the external test.

Common Buttons

	Delete the selected external test.
	Create a new external test record.See Creating external tests.
	Change the search critieria. See Searching for external tests. Note: This button only appears when you are editing the details.
