External Tests Maintenance - Students bar

Use the Students bar to add or remove students from the external test.

Opening the Students bar

To open the Students bar:

Select Curriculum > External Tests Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Set External Tests Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the external test.
Click on the Students bar.

Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

External Tests Maintenance - Students bar key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Select	Select the student to remove them.
Student Name	Student's name.
ID	Student's Synergetic ID.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Search for students to add to the external test. Note: All students found by the search results are added to the external test. Be careful when using broad searches such as for an entire campus or year level.
	Remove the selected students from the external test.

Common Buttons

Button	Description
	Delete the selected external test.
	Create a new external test record.See Creating external tests.
	Change the search critieria. See Searching for external tests. Note: This button only appears when you are editing the details.
