Use the Details bar of External Tests Maintenance to maintain information about the test.
Note: These details are also maintained in the luExternalTests lookup tables. See Configuring external tests data in the System maintenance manual.
To open the Details bar:
- Select Curriculum > External Tests Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Set External Tests Search Criteria window is displayed. - Search for the external test.
- Click on the Details bar.
Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Type | Type of external test. Note: You cannot change the Type once student results have been entered. |
Default Level | The default level of the test. |
Description | Description of the test. |
Test Date | Date the test occurred. |
Is Active | If selected, this test can be utilised within your organisation. |
Buttons

| Edit the external test details. |
| Save any edits you have made. Note: This button only appears when you are editing the details. |
| Cancel any changes you have made. Note: This button only appears when you are editing the details. |
