Description
The HoldMinutes configuration setting is used to determine how long SynWeb holds an incomplete booking before releasing the rooms back to other bookings.
Default value
The default value is set to 10. SynWeb displays an error if a booking is not completed within ten minutes.
Setting a different value
Type the number of minutes into the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Maintaining configuration files.
