Description
The luMedicalImmunisationCombination lookup table defines the immunisations included in a combined immunisation.
It is used in the Immunisation field on the Immunisation tab in Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Immunisation tab in the Medical details manual.

Included-ImmunisationCode | Unique code for each immunisation included in the combined immunisation. |
ModifiedDate | Community member that last modified the record. |
ModifiedUser | Date the record was last modified. |
