The luDisabilityLevel lookup table is used to define categories of severity for disabilities at your organisation.

Code | Code identifying the disability level. |
Description | Description of the disability level. |
ActiveFlag | Select if this level is currently used by your organisation. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
ModifiedUser | User that last modified the lookup table entry. |
