Description
Use the luLocation lookup table to list locations used for events and excursions. See either:
- Events Maintenance - Location tab
- Events Maintenance - Location bar
- Excursion Maintenance - Location bar.

Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Code | Unique code identifying the location. |
Description | Description of the location. For example, its name. |
LocationAddress1 | Main address of the location. |
LocationAddress2 | Second address of the location, if applicable. |
LocationAddress3 | Third address of the location, if applicable. |
LocationSuburb | Suburb of the location. |
LocationState | State of the location. |
LocationPostCode | Post code of the location. |
LocationPhone | Main phone number of the location. |
LocationMapReference | Map reference for the location. |
| LocationHTML | Used to display HTML to users completing online consent forms for events or excursions. For example, the following HTML provides a link to the Google Maps excursion location, the MCG. Note: This field can accept up to 8000 characters. |
| AvailableInEventsFlag | Select to allow the location to be selected using the Location field on the Location tab of Events Maintenance. See either: Note: This field is set to Off by default. |
| AvailableInExcursionsFlag | Select to allow the location to be selected using the Location field on the Location tab of Excursion Maintenance. See Excursion Maintenance - Location bar. Note: This field is set to Off by default. |
| AvailableInCoCurricularFlag | Select to allow the location to be selected using the Location field in Co-Curricular programs. Note: This field is set to Off by default. |
| Latitude | Latitude of the location. Shown only in the Look up table. |
| Longitude | Longitude of the location. Shown only in the Look up table. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
ModifiedUser | User that last modified the lookup table entry. |
