Description
The DayRange setting is used to set the date range of absence events history displayed on the Create Absence Event window. See Individual student absence events in the Attendance and absence events manual.
The history displayed is based on the number of days either side of the starting date of the absence event.
Default value
The default value is seven (7) days. In the following example, two weeks of history is displayed; the preceding seven days and the following seven days.
Setting a different value
Depending on your organisation's policy, update the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Maintaining configuration files.
