Description

Schools can use the Synchronise configuration setting to synchronise file year/semester changes across all Synergetic and SynWeb user accounts to keep them aligned to the System default values.

Default value

The default value is False. File year/semester changes are not synchronised across all Synergetic and SynWeb user accounts.

Setting a different value

Select the Value field of Configuration File Maintenance to synchronise file year/semester changes across all Synergetic and SynWeb user accounts. See Maintaining configuration files.

Note: When the Value field is set to True, Synergetic and SynWeb users receive the following Information message when their own settings are updated to synchronise to the current System default values.
