The luForm lookup table is used to define the forms that your organisation uses.

HomeRoom | Home room of the form. |
StaffName | Name of the staff member responsible for the form. |
ID | Unique number identifying the form. |
ActiveFlag | Whether the selected form is active. |
FormSeq | Sequence of the form in the lookup table. |
TransitionalFlag | Select to tag forms to group students for CEO Export data requirements. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
ModifiedUser | User that last modified the lookup table entry. |
