Importing reports and user forms

Import files are a special package that contain both the Crystal Report and its selection screen. They are usually sent from:

• Synergetic Management Systems
• someone at your organisation who previously exported the report.

Files added to the package other than the Crystal Report and selection screen files are not imported.
To import reports or user forms into Synergetic:

1. Select Module > System > User/Report Form Editor
   The Report Selector window is displayed.
   
   
   
2. Click . The Import A File window is displayed.
   
3. Click to locate the file you want to import.
   Note: The default file type is *.zcda.
   Either accept the filename or choose one of your own.
   
4. Click . The file is displayed on the Report Selector window.
