To change a lookup table when you are editing a field:
- Right click in the field.
A pop up menu similar to the following is displayed. - From this menu you can:
- Add a new entry into the lookup table.
- Change an existing entry in the lookup table.
- Search for an entry in the lookup table.
- Refresh the lookup table if a change has been made but is not showing up on the screen. This redisplays the contents of the lookup table directly from the database.
