You may need to:
Check that the WssWrapper (Wrapper) service is active, if you have problems connecting to the New Zealand Ministry of Education Web service. See School Management System (SMS) data exchange set up and configuration.
Stop and start the service, to renew certificates. See Renewing certificates for eReturns.
Checking the Wrapper service
To check the WssWrapper service:
Press the Windows Start button and type services on the computer that is running the Wrapper.
The following window is displayed.
Select Services.
The following window is displayed.Scroll down to the WssWrapper service.
Stopping the service
To stop the WssWrapper service:
Locate the WssWrapper service.
Click the Stop link.
Starting the service
To start the WssWrapper service:
Locate the WssWrapper service.
Click the Start link.
