You can process test online payment data to ensure the NAB Transact gateway is configured correctly. You can process test:
- Account payments. See Testing account payments.
- Other payments including event tickets. See Testing other payments.
- Credit card details. See Testing credit card processing.
Tip: You can impersonate another Community Portal user to test payments using their account. See Viewing the Community Portal as a different community member in the Community Portal Configuration manual.
Note: American Express cards are not authorised by default and entering an American Express credit card number on the Community Portal without NAB Transact authorisation will display the following error:
Contact NAB to authorise American Express cards for online payments.
