Use the Elements tab to define and edit the maintenance elements. These are aspects of an object type which are maintainable. On a building for example, items that might be maintainable are exterior or interior painting, gutter cleaning or light fixtures. You can also set up how often the maintenance should be done.

Fields
Field | Description |

Description | Brief description of the element. |
Supplier Category | Name of the category of the supplier for this object type. |
Frequency Interval | Interval that defines how often this element is to be maintained.

Frequency Type | Frequency unit for the object element maintenance. |
Seq | Sequence number of the object element. This is a unique identifier of the element. |
Sort | Sort order of the elements to place more common elements first. |
