Medical plans expiring (Action Centre Message)

The Medical plans expiring Action Centre message displays a list of students with medical plans that are about to expire based on the End Date field on the:

• Medical Plan sub-tab of the Medication tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medication tab - Medical Plan sub-tab.
• Plan sub-tab of the Medical Plan tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Plan tab - Plan sub-tab.

Note: You can use the MED_MedicalPlan_Exp_Rpt_A:ReminderWeekdays configuration setting to determine how many weekdays before the End Date the message is created. See MED_MedicalPlan_Exp_Rpt_A: ReminderWeekdays configuration setting.

Update the medical plans listed on the Action Centre message using either:

• Medical Plan sub-tab of the Medication tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medication tab - Medical Plan sub-tab.
• Plan sub-tab of the Medical Plan tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Plan tab - Plan sub-tab.
