Medical Centre Maintenance - Medical Plan tab - Plan sub-tab

Use the Plan sub-tab to maintain information about student medical plans including:

plan type
issuing staff member
storage location
administration instructions
linked documents.

Opening the Plan sub-tab

To open the Plan sub-tab:

Click Module > Students > Medical Maintenance.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking .
The Select Medical Venue window is displayed.
Select the medical venue that you want to use. See the luMedicalVenue lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Click .
The Medical Centre Maintenance window is displayed.
Click or select a student from the selector grid. See Signing staff/students in to the medical centre.
The Summary tab of the Medical Centre Maintenance window is displayed for the student or staff member.
Click the Medical Plan tab.
The Plan sub-tab on the Medical Plan tab of Medical Centre Maintenance is displayed.

The Plan sub-tab is identical to the Plan sub-tab in Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Plan tab - Plan sub-tab.
