Unlinking documents linked to medical plans

To unlink a document linked to a medical plan:

Open the Medical plan sub-tab. See Medical Maintenance - Medication tab - Medical Plan sub-tab.
Select a medical plan in the grid area.
Click .
The Confirm window is displayed.
Click .
