Linking to default medical risks

To link to a default medical risk:

Click .
The Confirm window is displayed.
Click .
The Default Medical Risks window is displayed.

Note: You can add new medical risks using the luMedicalRisk lookup table. See the luMedicalRisk lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Select a Medical Condition Code from the drop-down list.

Note: You can add new medical condition codes using the luMedicalConditionType lookup table. See the luMedicalConditionType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Select the checkbox next to the medical risks to be linked.
Click .
