Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Tests sub-tab

Use the Tests sub-tab to record test details for the currently selected medical condition including:

Opening the Tests sub-tab

To open the Tests sub-tab:

Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
• Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
• Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
• Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
• Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual.
Click .
The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Medical Condition tab.
The Condition sub-tab of the Medical Condition tab is displayed.
Click the Tests sub-tab.
The Tests sub-tab of the Medical Condition tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.

Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Tests sub-tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Test Type	Type of medical test. See the luMedicalTestType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Test Flag	Whether the test is active.
Test Date	Date the medical test was conducted.
Results	Results of the medical test.
Test Conducted By	Person that conducted the medical test.
Modified By	Community member that last modified the record.
Modified Date	Date the record was last modified.
Condition Seq	Unique identifying number for the medical condition.
Test Seq	Unique identifying number for the medical test.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Add a new medical test record to the grid area.
	Delete a medical test record from the grid area.

Filters area fields

Field	Description
Active only	Select to only display medical conditions that are currently active.

Common buttons

Button	Description
	Add a new medical record.
	Delete the selected medical record.
