Entering follow-up information triggers Action Centre messages.

You can enter a follow-up date and details for medical incidents using the Follow Up area fields on the Incidents tab of Medical Maintenance.

With this information is entered, the corresponding follow-up details in SynWeb are automatically updated and Action Centre messages (Medical incident follow-up due today and Medical incident follow-up overdue messages) are generated to remind your medical staff to follow up on the medical incident.
