Use the Job Position tab to view and maintain past and current job positions held by the staff member at your organisation.
Staff Maintenance - Job Position tab key fields and buttons
Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Job Code | Unique identifier for the position in Synergetic. |
Description | Job description. |
Start Date | Date the staff member took up the position. |
End Date | Date the staff member left the position, if applicable. |
FTE | Full-time equivalent of the position. |
Level | Level of the position, if applicable. |
Next Inc Level | Date that the staff member's current level is due to increment, if applicable. |
Seq | Sequence number for the job position. |
Current Position | Select to display only the positions that the staff member is currently in. Clear to display all past and current positions of the staff member. |

Add a new position for the staff member. See Appointing staff members to a job position for a similar process for adding a new position. | |
Modify the details of the staff member's position. | |
Delete the details of the staff member's position. | |
Set the staff member to the next level of their award. See Award Maintenance - General tab. |
