Staff Maintenance - Courses tab

Use the Courses tab to view and maintain which courses a staff member teaches.

Opening the Courses tab

To open the Courses tab:

Select Module > Human Resources > Staff Maintenance from the main menu.
Tip: You can also access the staff functions by clicking .
Search for the staff member. See Searching for staff members.
The Personal tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Courses tab.
The Courses tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.

Staff Maintenance - Courses tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Course Code	Unique code identifying the course.
Description	Description of the course.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Launch Course Maintenance for the selected course.
	Launch the Course Search window to select a course to add the teacher to.
	Remove the teacher from the selected course.
