Use the Student Contacts Confirmation Status sub-tab to view the latest confirmation information of the selected future student contact. Only displays My Details Groups relevant to the student contact.
To open the Student Contacts Confirmation Status sub-tab:
- Select Module > Future Students > Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Future Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking.
- Search for the future student. See Searching for future students.
Click the Confirm Details tab.

| Lives With | Selected if the future student lives with the selected future student contact. | |
| Parent | Selected if the future student is a child of the selected future student contact. | |
| Personal | Latest confirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Personal group. Note: This field is blank when the group has not been confirmed. | |
| Addresses | Latest confirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Addresses group. Note: This field is blank when the group has not been confirmed. | |
| Occupation | Latest confirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Occupation group. Note: This field is blank when the group has not been confirmed. | |
| Census | Latest confirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Census group. Note: This field is blank when the group has not been confirmed. | |
