Description
The Statements: PauseDurationInSeconds configuration setting is used to control the number of seconds pause after exporting a debtor statement before the statement PDF is opened.
This can help resolve display problems when testing statement layout or previewing a non-stored statement.
Default value
The default value is 3. Synergetic waits three seconds before opening a statement PDF.
Setting a different value
Type a new setting in the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Maintaining configuration files.
Tip: If statements are not displayed correctly by the PDF viewer, set a higher value. A longer pause can often fix this problem.
