Foreign Currency Maintenance - History tab

Use the History tab to view a log of changes made to foreign currencies. Fields that were changed in each log entry are highlighted yellow.
Note: The fields in this tab are not editable. To make changes to a currency, use the General tab. See Foreign Currency Maintenance - General tab.

Opening the History tab

To open the History tab:

Select Module > System Maintenance > Foreign Currency Maintenance.
The General tab of the Foreign Currency Maintenance window is displayed.
Select History.
The History tab of the Foreign Currency Maintenance window is displayed.

Foreign Currency Maintenance - History tab key fields and buttons

Fields

Field	Description
Modified On	Date the change was made to the foreign currency.
Modified By	Staff member who made the change.
Description	Description of the currency when the change was applied.
Exchange Rate	Current exchange rate when the change was applied.
Active	Selected if this currency was active when the change was applied.
Decimal Places	Number of decimal places used by the currency when the change was applied.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Select the first currency record.
	Select the previous currency record.
	Select the next currency record.
	Select the last currency record.
	Add a new currency.
	Delete the selected currency. Note: You cannot delete the default currency.
	Apply any changes to the selected currency.
	Apply any changes to the selected currency and close Foreign Currency Maintenance.
	Close Foreign Currency Maintenance without applying any changes.
