Synergetic Financial Configuration - Company tab

You use the Company tab to maintain your organisation's address and contact details.
You also use this tab to record your ACN (Australian Company Number) or ABN (Australian Business Number). This is also used in New Zealand for GST registration.

Opening the Company tab

To open the Company tab:

Select Module > System > Finance Configuration Maintenance from the main menu.
The General tab of the Synergetic Financial Configuration window is displayed.
Click the Company tab.

Synergetic Financial Configuration - Company tab key fields

Field	Description
A.C.N./A.R.B.	Australian Company Number or Australian Registered Business Number.
Number is an A.R.B.	Select if the entry in the field above is an ARB (Australian Registered Business Number).
Tax Exemption Number	Tax exemption number issued by the taxation office, if your organisation is exempt from paying goods and services taxes.
Pays Tax	Select if your organisation pays taxes.
A.B.N.	Australian Business Number.
A.B.N. Division	Two digit suffix for the ABN division. It is fairly rare to be allocated an ABN division; it is usually only very large corporations that need this facility.
Charity Registration Number	Registration number used by a charitable section within the organisation.
