Development Maintenance - Past Students tab

Use the Past Students tab to view the final-year schooling details if either the primary contact or their spouse is a past student.

Opening the Past Students tab

To open the Past Students tab:

Select Module > Development > Development Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Development Search Criteria window is displayed.
Select the donor or prospect. See Searching for donors and prospects.
The Personal tab of the Development Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Past Students tab.
The Past Students tab of the Development Maintenance window is displayed.

Development Maintenance - Past Students tab key fields and buttons

Fields
The fields on this tab are almost identical to those on the Schooling tab of Past Student Maintenance. For more information, see key fields and buttons of Past Student Maintenance - Schooling tab in the Past students manual.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Launch into Past Student Maintenance. See Maintaining past students in the Past students manual.
