Excluding a year level from the DEEWR export

To exclude an entire year level from the DEEWR export:

1. Select Module > System > Lookup Tables Maintenance from the Synergetic main menu.
   The Lookup Tables Maintenance window is displayed. See Maintaining lookup tables in the System maintenance manual.
2. Find the luYearLevel lookup table. See luYearLevel lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
3. Clear the IncludeInCensusFlag field for the year level you want to exclude.
   
4. Click .
   The year level is excluded from the DEEWR export.
