Copying subject assessment definitions

You can use the Subject Assessment Other Definition Maintenance window to copy subject assessment definitions from one year to the current year. For information about the Subject Assessment Other Definition Maintenance window, see Using the Subject Assessment Other Definition Maintenance window.

To copy subject assessment definitions:

Select Module > Assessments > Subject Assessment Other Definition Maintenance from the main menu.
The Subject Assessment Other Definition Maintenance window is displayed.
Adjust the Year field to next year.
Click .
The Year to copy from window is displayed.
Adjust the Year field of the year you are copying from, if necessary.
Click .
The following dialog window is displayed.
Click .
The subject assessment definitions are copied over. The links to any assessment areas are also copied.
