Copying existing curriculum frameworks to new years

To copy an existing curriculum framework from one year to another:

Select Module > Assessments > Subject Assessment Other Definition Maintenance from the main menu.
The Subject Assessment Other Definition Maintenance window is displayed.
Adjust the Year field from the current curriculum year, if needed.
Click .
The Year to copy from window is displayed.
Adjust the Year field of the year you are copying from, if necessary.
Click .
The following dialog window is displayed.
Click .
The framework and its definitions are copied to the new year. The links to any assessment areas are also copied.
