Syn SEQ Integration Issue

(Parents are unable to access the Finance portal in SEQTA Engage. Specifically, when clicking on the Finance link on the web page)

Due to recent security updates now we require the SEQTA address to be whitelisted within Synergetic. This step is essential to ensure that the Community Portal is visible in SEQTA Engage. To enable this functionality, Synergetic must be updated to version 71.65 or higher. Once the system is upgraded, the option to whitelist SEQTA will become available directly within SynMain.

Please also note that the bottom options in SEQTA Engage are only visible to schools running Synergetic version 71.65 or above. If your school is on an earlier version, you may not see these options until an upgrade is completed.

Resolution:

Configuration File Maintenance (Only required if SEQTA and Synergetic are on different domains i.e. Hosted Synergetic)

1. Set CommunityPortal|ContentSecPolicy|frame-ancestors to include the domain for SEQTA (for example *.schooldomain.com.au)

2. Make sure FeatureToggle|CommunityPortal|SameSiteNoneCookies|Enabled is set to true (for hosted this is true by default)

3. Make sure FeatureToggle|CommunityPortal|AntiCSRFToken|Enabled is set to true (this should also be true by default)
