Students are transferred to the next term using the Create Next Term Details window.
Synergetic determines which year level and campus to transfer each student to using the luYearLevel lookup table. Currently, male and female students are transferred into their next:
- Year level using the NextYearYearLevelMale and NextYearLevelFemale fields
- Campus using the NextYearCampusMale and NextYearCampusFemale fields.
Now other-gendered students can be transferred to the next term using the NextYearLevelOther and NextYearCampusOther fields on the luYearLevel lookup table.
