Download File(s) from Synergetic Cloud

This is a guide to copy/download files from the Synergetic Hosted Environment to your local PC/laptop or workstation

There are a number of reasons to generate a file from Synergetic to be downloaded. All files need to be generated into the hosted My Files area.

• Select the MyFiles Icon in the hosted environment

• Navigate to the hosted environment location of the exported file ie (Temporary Files)

• Select the check box next the file and the Actions → Download Icon

• Run File Explorer on your local workstation/laptop

The file will be exported to your Downloads directory to be copied/moved or processed
