Method

Pastoral Care information is not accessible within the Synergetic Past Student module. In order to view their Pastoral Care details, you will need to transfer them back to Current Students. You can then extract the relevant Pastoral Care details, once complete then transfer them back to Past Students.

Please note when you transfer a Past student to Current , Synergetic transfers them as a Current student in the year they last attended the school.
