Resolution

Open Type Fonts (OTF) are not supported fonts when exporting to PDF format. Only True Type Fonts (TTF) are supported
Since the Open Type Fonts are not supported to be embedded in PDF, Crystal Reports substitutes the fonts with the default True Type Font like: Arial. This is why the generated PDF document use a different font.
