To add a staff to these drop down lists the staff member or volunteer must have the constituencies on their Community Record of

DVPTS - Development Prospect Tracking Staff

DVPTV - Development Prospect Tracking Volunteer

Considerations

To remove staff from this list you can remove the constituency from the staff record.
